Billy Kirkwood is the current Rangers Under 19's coach. Born on September 1st, 1958 in Edinburgh, he would start off his footballing career with Dundee United . He would make almost 250 appearances for the Dundee side, scoring 44 goals. He also had spells at Hibs, Dunfermline, Dundee United for a second time and local rivals Dundee. He went into management in 1995, coaching Dundee United for a year and St. Johnstone in 2001.
