Gallacher was on loan at Cowdenbeath FC for the first-half of the 2008/09 season as part of his ongoing development.
The 19-year-old shotstopper is highly-rated at Murray Park and since returning to the training ground in January has been trying to push his way in to Tommy Wilson's Reserves.
Scott was a key player as Billy Kirkwood's U19s scooped league and cup double in 2006/07 and 2007/08 and is now benefitting from working closely with goalkeeping coach Jim Stewart on a daily basis. Scott made his debut for Rangers as a second half substitute for the injured Ronald Watterues in Alex McLeish's last game in charge at the club.
