It was 2006, when it was suggested on the forum at RangersMedia that the website formed a football team, Jamie Adams and Alex Fulton took the idea on board, and RangersMedia Football Club was born. He is one of the few remaining original members left in the squad.

Originally starting out as a left back (in the changing room, ha ha, etc) and occasionally deputising in goals. A bad injury seen him miss playing almost all of 2007, and upon return ended up playing in goals permanently, a position he shares with Craig MacCalman. After an injury hit 08/09, Fulton hopes to get back playing regular.

Alex is one of the main organisers of RMFC, being the main point of contact for other teams/refs.[1].
