Gid, as he's known, plays centre back. Known for last ditch tackling, and bloody knees, Gid provides an experienced - if not always sober head in the RM team.

Injury problems, and a job that seen him work every other Sunday, meant that Gid missed most of the 2008/09 season. Gid however starts the 2009/10 season as first choice CB along with Andrew Allan, and hopefully remains injury free for the coming season.
